1. About the E-Gov4Youth Platform

The E-Gov4Youth Platform is an educational and community platform developed under the European E-Gov4Youth initiative.
It provides online learning spaces, consultation areas, and youth-related resources that encourage participation and skills development.

The platform is managed by the project consortium coordinated by ETE FAROS Ltd. (Cyprus), together with partner institutions from the European Union.

 

2. Purpose of this Policy

This policy explains the terms under which users access the platform, how their data are used, and their rights.

 

3. Terms of Use

  1. Each user account is personal and must not be shared.
  2. Users must act respectfully and not upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
  3. Content provided on the platform is for educational and community purposes only and may not be used commercially.
  4. Administrators may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

 

4. Personal Data and Privacy

Personal data such as your name, email, and activity logs are processed solely for:

  • managing your participation in learning or consultation activities, and
  • improving the quality and accessibility of the platform.
  • Data are stored securely within the European Union and never sold or shared with third parties outside the project consortium.

 

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.
